Product information
We aim to present accurate descriptions, materials, dimensions and photographs. Screen settings can affect colour perception. Natural and lab-created stones are identified according to the product information available to us.
Prices and payment
The currency, product price, delivery charge and any taxes collected by us are shown before an order is placed. An order is accepted only when confirmed by Maison Sterling.
Availability
Jewellery may be limited in quantity. If an item becomes unavailable after an order request, we will not substitute another item without consent.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights under the consumer law applicable to you, including rights relating to conformity, cancellation or remedies for faulty goods.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, Maison Sterling is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
